Billing questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from workspace settings and your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period, monthly or annual. No cancellation fee, no retention call.
What happens when I upgrade or downgrade?
Upgrades apply immediately and you're charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period, so you keep what you already paid for until then.
Do you offer refunds?
Monthly plans are billed in advance and aren't refunded for partial months. Annual plans can be refunded on a prorated basis within the first 30 days if the plan isn't working out.
What happens if I go over my domain, prompt, or rewrite limit?
You'll get a warning at 80% of any monthly limit. Going over doesn't cut off tracking mid-cycle; extra domains, prompt blocks, and rewrite credits are available as add-ons, so growing from 10 clients to 12 doesn't force a jump to the next full tier.
Is the free plan actually free, or a trial?
It's a permanent free tier, not a time-limited trial. One domain, 10 ChatGPT prompts a month, and view-only diagnosis, with no credit card required and no expiration date.
