Using the free tools

The citation checker and content optimizer are free and don't require an account. Both are rate-limited per IP address to keep them available for everyone. Automated or scripted use that bypasses the rate limit, or use intended to overload the service, is not permitted.

Accounts and workspaces

You're responsible for the accuracy of the account information you provide and for activity under your account. A workspace can hold multiple client domains; you're responsible for having the right to track and analyze content for each domain you add.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid tiers are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor. You can cancel anytime from workspace settings; your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period. Monthly plans aren't refunded for partial months. Annual plans can be refunded on a prorated basis within the first 30 days. Prices and plan limits are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice to active subscribers.

Acceptable use

• No reverse-engineering, scraping, or reselling the service or its underlying data
• No using the service to generate content intended to deceive or manipulate an AI system's citation behavior in bad faith
• No attempting to bypass rate limits, entitlement gates, or authentication
• No uploading content you don't have the right to analyze or publish

Content and citation data

Citation check results reflect what an AI engine returned at the time of the check; AI engine behavior changes over time and we don't guarantee a result stays accurate on a later date. Generated rewrites are drafts for you to review and edit; we don't auto-publish anything to your site, and you're responsible for reviewing generated content before use.

Service availability

We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, particularly where a result depends on a third-party AI engine or data provider outside our control. A failed or delayed check is reported honestly as delayed, never as a false result.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above and notify active account holders by email before the change takes effect.
