Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account data (email, hashed password or OAuth identity) when you sign up. Workspace data (domains you add, prompts you track, citation check results, generated rewrites, uploaded branding assets) tied to your account. Billing data is handled by our payment processor; we store subscription status and plan, not full card numbers. Usage data (IP address, pages visited) for the free citation checker and content optimizer, used only for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

Content you paste or submit

Content pasted into the free Content Optimizer is sent to our AI scoring provider to generate a score and fixes, then discarded; it is not stored beyond the session for anonymous use. If you use the same feature signed in, scored content and generated rewrites are stored in your workspace so you can revisit them.

How we use it

• Running the citation checks and content scoring you request
• Operating your account, workspace, and subscription
• Rate-limiting free public tools to prevent abuse
• Sending account, billing, and product emails you can opt out of, other than essential service notices

Who we share it with

We use third-party processors to run the product: an AI-search data provider for citation checks, an AI provider for content scoring and rewrites, a payment processor for billing, and infrastructure providers for hosting, the database, and rate-limit storage. Each processes only the data needed to perform its function and is contractually restricted from using it for other purposes. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your account data from workspace settings, or by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your workspace, tracked domains, and stored citation history, subject to a short retention window for backups and any records we're legally required to keep for billing.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and, where applicable, analytics cookies to understand product usage. Session cookies are required for the app to function; analytics cookies can be declined without affecting core functionality.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above and notify active account holders by email.
